Privacy

Stuttgart Mobile Motors LLC collects the name, email, phone, service address, vehicle year, make, model, VIN, plate, registration photo, appointment notes, inspection photos and video, estimate and invoice lines, and signatures that you or the shop enter.

That information is used to confirm you can authorize work on the vehicle, to schedule the visit, to write the estimate and invoice, and to send the messages you asked for. The shop owner and the shop’s second notification address can see the customer file. The app host, the database host, the email service, and the text service process it only to run those functions.

A registration photo and a VIN are kept with the vehicle file so the shop can confirm who authorized the repair. Card payments store the brand, the last four digits, the expiration, and the name on the card. The full card number and the security code are not stored here. The charge is run in PNC Mobile Accept.

Service texts only: appointments, estimates, and sign-in codes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. This number is not used for promotions.

Estimates, repair quotes, and invoices are kept for three years after the work is completed, then deleted. They are not deleted on that date if a complaint, a parts dispute, or a payment question is still open. Closing an account does not delete those records before the three years are up. A download is available after the quote has been invoiced.

To ask for a copy of your file, email Lovatteuromotors@gmail.com. Asking to close the login does not delete an estimate or an invoice before the three-year period, and it does not delete a record that is part of an open complaint, parts dispute, or payment question.

Terms

Stuttgart Mobile Motors LLC is an independent repair facility. We are not a Mercedes-Benz dealer, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Mercedes-Benz.

Michigan state certified means the mechanic certificate categories actually issued to the technician. It is not a claim of affiliation with any manufacturer.

I agree that estimates, approvals, and invoices shown in this app are my written copies under the Michigan repair law. I can ask for a paper copy. If I do not agree to an electronic copy, the shop will give me paper before the work starts.

Labor is $120.00 per hour. Each line shows the estimated hours. Shop supplies are a dollar amount, not a percentage.

A diagnosis is its own line, priced before that work starts. The 43-point MPI, when it is charged, is 1.0 hour at $120.00. That fee does not apply toward the repair. Payment is due on completion. We are not responsible for a pre-existing condition unless it was diagnosed and approved in writing.

Work above this estimate does not start until you authorize it, after the shop knows the estimate is short. If you decline and the vehicle has to be returned to its pre-repair condition, that cost will not pass this estimate plus 10% or $50, whichever is less, unless you authorize more.

Limited warranty from Stuttgart Mobile Motors LLC. Labor and shop-supplied parts are covered for 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first, unless a line says otherwise. Customer-supplied parts are not covered. A condition that was not diagnosed and approved in writing is not covered. Each replaced part is new unless that line says used, rebuilt, reconditioned, or customer-supplied (CS).

YOU ARE ENTITLED BY LAW TO THE RETURN OF ALL PARTS REPLACED, EXCEPT THOSE WHICH ARE TOO HEAVY OR LARGE, AND THOSE REQUIRED TO BE SENT BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER OR DISTRIBUTOR BECAUSE OF WARRANTY WORK OR AN EXCHANGE AGREEMENT. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO INSPECT THE PARTS WHICH CANNOT BE RETURNED TO YOU.

A pre-purchase inspection is an opinion of the vehicle’s condition on the day of the visit. It is not a prediction, not a warranty, and not a promise that there is no hidden damage.

Tapping pay only asks the shop to run the card in PNC Mobile Accept. The invoice is not paid until the shop marks it paid. This page stores the last four digits only. It does not store the full card number or the security code.

I authorize Stuttgart Mobile Motors LLC to perform only the approved diagnostics and repairs, up to the approved total. Declined lines are not authorized. Additional work needs written approval before it is started. Payment is due on completion. Cash, credit card, or debit card only. No checks. No Zelle. No Venmo.
